How long does it take to receive my order?
Standard lead time is 6–8 weeks from the day we confirm your order, since every piece is made specifically for you. If you've got a hard deadline, a move-in date, a holiday, an in-law visit, tell us up front and we'll let you know honestly whether we can hit it.
What wood species do you use?
Bench seats are 1″ solid wood in your choice of pine, red oak, or white oak, with 26 stain colors to pick from. The cabinetry is finished in white, black, charcoal grey, or navy, and we can color-match a custom paint if you have something specific in mind. Everything is kiln-dried before we build, which is what keeps a piece from warping or cracking once it's living in your house.
Can I customize the dimensions?
Yes, and most of our customers do. We'll adjust the width, height, depth, hook count, and shelf spacing to fit your wall. Send us your dimensions and we'll get a detailed proposal back to you within 2–3 business days.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free. We deliver every order door-to-door, right to your home, at no extra charge no matter where you are in the country. No surprise freight fees at checkout.
What's your return policy?
Since every piece is custom-made to your specs, we don't take general returns. If your piece shows up damaged, though, we'll repair or replace it at no charge. That part's on us.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. For now we ship within the continental United States only.
