Every piece is made to order and finished by hand in our Tennessee shop. Lead time is 6–8 weeks, and we send tracking the day it ships.

Wrapped like it matters
Plastic, moving blankets, and cardboard corners protect every edge before it leaves the shop. Nothing ships until it's fully protected.
Step three
Delivered assembled
It arrives at your door fully assembled and ready to place. No flat-pack, no allen key, nothing to build.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free. Every order is delivered door-to-door, right to your home, at no extra charge no matter where you are in the continental United States. No surprise freight fees at checkout.
How long will my order take?
Standard lead time is 6–8 weeks from the day we confirm your order, since every piece is built specifically for you. Once it ships, we'll send you tracking so you know exactly when it's arriving. If you've got a hard deadline, tell us up front and we'll be straight with you about whether we can hit it.
How is it delivered?
Your piece arrives fully assembled and ready to place, delivered right to your door. Because these are large, solid-wood pieces, we pack every order carefully and handle it with care from our shop to your entryway.
What if it shows up damaged?
If anything arrives damaged, we repair or replace it at no cost to you. Just send us a photo and we'll make it right. Because every piece is custom-made to your specs we don't take general returns, but damage on our end is always on us.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. For now we ship within the continental United States only.
